Drew's journey began in software testing, where he learned the intricacies of the development process. It was there that he discovered his passion for UX, diving in headfirst and never looking back.

Over the years, Drew has applied a myriad of UX research methods to various products, eventually transitioning into a thought leadership role as a UX Research Trainer. In this position, he’s been instrumental in helping new employees get up to speed and seasoned professionals elevate their skills and careers. His passion for coaching and mentoring is evident in his dedication to fostering growth in others.

When he's not championing user-centric design, Drew can be found hanging out with cats—whether it's his own or those at the rescue organization where he volunteers.

Joe is a UX Strategy and Research Manager with a knack for finding those “aha!” moments. After almost 15 years of solving mysteries as both a police officer and detective, he now applies his sleuthing skills to the world of UX research.

Joe loves to shake things up and look at problems from fresh angles, always on the hunt for insights that make a difference. His background in law enforcement adds a unique twist to his approach, making him a master at uncovering what others might miss.

When he's not diving into user data, Joe is probably out training—he's run multiple marathons, including one in Antarctica—and competed in the Ironman Triathlon. Whether at work or at play, Joe is all about going the extra mile.
